When my wife and I decided to move from NC to Clermont, we weren’t sure where to even start. You made the process so easy for us. Jamie was able to negotiate and save us not only 25k from the sellers asking price, she also negotiated a flooring allowance, new roof, and new air conditioner. When we do decide to sell we will certainly use Jamie so she can negotiate the best deal for us again.
